We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuching. The role involves managing project budgets, controlling costs during construction, and assessing progress claims and variations.
Requirements
1. Exhibit positive attitude, motivated, disciplined and willing to learn.
2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
3. Must be able to communicate well in Mandarin; knowledge of English and local dialects is an added advantage.
4. Degree in Quantity Surveying.
5. Experience in tendering is an advantage.
6. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field.
Responsibilities
1. Cost estimation for project budgets.
2. Cost control during construction.
3. Assessment of progress claim, progress payment and variation of work.
