We are an established construction company specialized in pipe laying works based in Kuching. We invite suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Quantity Surveyor
9 1/2 Mile Penrissen Road, Kuching
Requirements
1. Minimum diploma qualification or similar working experience.
2. Understanding of pre / post contract.
3. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
4. Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Familiar with local suppliers / contractors (materials purchase / contractor).
Responsibilities
1. Tender document / costing preparation and submission.
2. Acquire quotations from suppliers / subcontractors and assess quotations; negotiate and award subcontractors and suppliers; prepare and monitor material delivery schedule and wastage control.
3. Manage, monitor and coordinate all QS works (take-off for BQ preparations and price analysis, tender document preparation and submission).
