Overview
Rama Impian Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Kuching-based engineering contractor specialising in high voltage transmission line contracting, solar photovoltaic design and installation, and civil, infrastructure and structural engineering works. The Quantity Surveyor will support measurement, costing, tendering and contract administration for construction projects.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of measurement, costing, tendering and contract administration.
4. Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
5. Knowledge of relevant Malaysian construction contracts and standards is an advantage.
6. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
7. Willing to travel to project sites when required.
8. Possess a valid driving licence.
9. Skills and Attributes.
10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
11. Good numerical and analytical ability.
12. Organised and able to manage multiple projects or tasks.
13. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
14. Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
