An established engineering consultant firm in Kuching, Sarawak has an immediate vacancy for Quantity Surveyors to join its office.
Requirements
1. At least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates and experienced Quantity Surveyors are encouraged to apply.
3. Flexible to work in the office and to conduct site visits.
4. Familiar with tendering and proposal processes and contract management.
5. Possess initiative, proactive attitude and the ability to communicate at all levels.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Good command of English.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in and assess tendering process and contract management.
2. Assist in proposal preparation and submission.
3. Liaise with different sub-consultants and contractors on costing requirements to complete proposals on time.
4. Assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring of project resources, costing and project budget.
5. Carry out any duties assigned from time to time.
