Overview
Belianemas Synergy Sdn Bhd, a CIDB Grade G7 and ISO 9001:2015 certified general contractor, property developer and general supplier, is seeking Quantity Surveyors for project based work in Lawas or headquarter based work in Kuching.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
3. Registration with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.
2. Manage variation orders (VOs) by preparing costings, compiling supporting documents and negotiating approvals with clients and consultants.
3. Track and manage project cash flow and payment schedules.
4. Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers on all commercial matters.
5. Attend site meetings and commercial meetings as required.
