Overview
Yo Jia Properties & Development Sdn Bhd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Kuching. The selected candidate will calculate material and labour costs, prepare bills of quantities and support construction drawing execution.
Responsibilities
1. Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable time frame.
2. Prepare bill of quantities.
3. Able to read, check and execute construction drawing.
4. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Possess diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. At least 2 years and above of experience in building construction field work.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.
5. Age between 28 and 45 years old.
