Quantity Surveyor - Kuching, Sarawak

Overview Prepare, check, and compile documents for project tender submission. Monitor project schedule, planning, organize, coordinate, and manage cost control. Prepare and submit main progress claims and sub-contractor claims. Prepare monthly site progress reports and valuing on completed works, variation orders, and payment claim arrangement. Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and related parties on contractual related matters. Attend site meetings and site visits. Carry out quantity take off and costing for tender and project purposes. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. 2. For Senior Quantity Surveyor: at least 8-10 years of working experience in the construction field. 3. For Quantity Surveyor: at least 3-5 years of working experience in the construction field. 4. For Assistant Quantity Surveyor: fresh graduates encouraged to apply; at least 1-2 years of working experience in the construction field is required. 5. Required skills: good planning and organizing skills, communication skills, good observation. 6. Able to meet tight deadlines. 7. Can work independently and complete tasks on time.
