Requirements
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. At least 2 to 3 years of related working experience.
3. Knowledge in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Project system is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Perform quantity taking off.
2. Provide cost and material estimates.
3. Keep track of construction materials and inventory.
4. Track changes in plans or constructions and update budgets.
5. Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
