HO BEE CONTRACTOR & ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Kuching, Sarawak. The role covers project claims, cost assessment, procurement and contract administration.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare projects monthly progress claims, variation orders and reports.
2. Obtain quotations from contractors or suppliers for cost assessment, analysis and budgeting purposes.
3. Visit and liaise with the site team for site progress verification and progress reports.
4. Handle operational matters related to contract administration duties such as quotation, purchase order and others.
5. Qualifications & Experience.
6. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
7. Experience in contract administration, procurement, cost control and variation management.
8. Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
9. Attention to detail and negotiation skills.
