Quantity Surveyor

Overview Diamco Project Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for construction works in Kuching, Sarawak. This role involves tender submissions, cost control, progress claims, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. 2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the construction field is required. 3. Good planning and organizing skills, communication skills, and good observation. 4. Able to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities 1. To prepare, check and compile documents for project tender submission. 2. To monitor project schedule, planning, organize, co-ordinate and manage cost control. 3. To prepare and submit main progress claims and sub-contractor claims. 4. To prepare monthly site progress reports and valuing on completed works, variation orders, and payment claim arrangement. 5. To liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers and related parties on contractual related matters. 6. To attend site meetings and site visits. 7. To carry out quantity take off and costing for tender and project purposes. 8. To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by Superior. 9. Can work independently and complete tasks on time.
