Requirements
1. Possess a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
4. Attention to details and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct taking-off material and prepare BQ.
2. Prepare progress claims and payment certificates to sub-contractors.
3. Manage contract administration.
4. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate sub-contractor work done.
