Overview
We are seeking a qualified QAQC Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and managing the QAQC Department, assisting the Deputy Project Manager, and ensuring quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Leading, overseeing & managing QAQC Department assisting Deputy Project Manager for paperworks especially letters.
2. Managing & processing all the technical documentations & submissions.
3. Reviewing all the technical documents prior to submission & issuance.
4. Producing technical documents when required.
5. Assisting Deputy Project Manager in managing progress of works & scheduling.
6. Producing & managing precast concrete production & inventories by creating QR registration & tracking.
7. Coordinating & meeting with others such as client, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities & etc for related project matters.
8. Identifying and resolving qualities & technical issues.
9. Conducting inspections with related parties.
10. Ensure the project adhere to all applicable building codes, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
11. Managing, reviewing & processing technical drawings, method statements, design calculations etc.
12. Identify opportunities to enhance quality processes, implement new methods & promote improvement practices.
13. Reporting to Deputy Project Manager on arising issues.
14. Producing reports as required.
15. Any other tasks instructed by management.
Requirements
1. At least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
2. Over 5 years proven experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry, specifically in mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Salary Range.
4. RM 6,500 - RM 11,500.
