Overview
PROJECT & PROGRAMME MATTERS SDN BHD (PPM), a Kuching-based project management consultancy (PMC) firm, is looking for a QAQC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for project delivery.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan and QA/QC procedures.
2. Review and assess the Contractor's Quality Management Plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITPs), method statements, and other quality related submissions.
3. Lead and coordinate QA/QC inspections, audits, surveillance, and quality assessments across all project disciplines.
4. Identify quality issues, non-conformances, and deficiencies, and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed out.
5. Support testing, commissioning, system turnover, punch listing, and final handover activities.
