well-established manufacturing company in Sarawak is seeking a QAQC Executive to oversee the Quality Control Department, manage inspections and audits, and ensure effective implementation of quality systems.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation practices will be an added advantage.
3. Strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
4. Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Fresh graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the overall operations of the Quality Control (QC) Department and all quality-related matters.
2. Monitor all testing and inspection activities, including incoming, in-process and final inspections.
3. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and appropriate to the level of risk encountered.
4. Manage the internal and external calibration of all inspection, measuring, and testing equipment used by QC and production personnel.
5. Coordinate with the Production, Store, Sales and Administration departments to improve operational efficiency.
6. Coordinate and support all internal and external audit activities.
