QAQC Engineer

Overview construction company in Sarawak is looking for a QAQC Engineer. The role involves planning, supervision and coordination of daily construction works on site, as well as ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Requirements 1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in infrastructure projects. 3. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Willing to travel and work full-time on site. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for planning, supervision and coordination of daily construction works on site. 2. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors' activities at the project site. 3. Ensure all works carried out and materials used are strictly in accordance with specifications and required standards. 4. Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as authorities, consultants and contractors during the various stages of projects. 5. Carry out QC and QA checks on site to ensure subcontractors comply with the designs and specifications on plans. 6. Prepare reports on project status and progress for project management. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily progress reports, site records and inspection reports. 8. Maintain proper records and filing of records. Location Sarawak
