Overview
The QAQC Engineer conducts routine inspections of construction works, manages quality documentation, and ensures all site activities comply with approved blueprints and standards. The role includes issuing Non-Conformance Reports and coordinating with clients and contractors on quality matters.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
2. A valid CIDB Green Card.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct routine checks on rebar, formwork, concrete, and mechanical/electrical installations.
2. Ensure all works strictly follow approved blueprints and standards.
3. Prepare and collate construction records, inspection checklists, test reports, and final handover certificates.
4. Identify poor workmanship or non-conformance, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on rectification works and snag lists.
5. Liaise with main contractors, resident engineers, and clients for joint inspections, material approvals, and Hold/Witness points.
