QA ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine quality checks (raw materials, in-process goods & finished products). Ensure daily adherence to SOP & food safety management systems (HACCP, GMP, Halal). Maintain accurate traceability records for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods. Assist in investigating and reporting quality issues, non-conformities and customer complaints when required. Assist in sample collection, testing, and evaluation of products. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent. 1 - 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the F&B or manufacturing industry. Familiar with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, Halal) and relevant regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
