Overview
We are seeking a Project Supervisor to support construction project execution in Sarawak. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site activities, monitor quality and workmanship, and ensure works are carried out according to specifications and schedule.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in a related field will be an advantage.
3. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to work independently and have own transport.
5. Understands English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
2. Monitor project progress, quality and workmanship.
3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, workers and project stakeholders.
4. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedule.
5. Identify and resolve site issues and project-related problems.
6. Prepare progress updates and report to management.
