JF Developments Sdn Bhd, a Class A CIDB G7 construction company with various accolades, is involved in government projects throughout Sarawak. We are looking for a skilled Project Scheduler/Planner to join our team in Kuching.
Requirements
1. Minimum a recognized Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
2. Good attitude and good communication skills.
3. Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
4. Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6 and MS Project).
5. Able to work under minimum supervision.
6. Willing to travel.
7. Possess a sound knowledge in construction of building works.
8. Familiar with working on government projects.
9. Possess own transportation.
10. At least 5 years work experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities
1. Develop master work programmes and S curves in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
2. Liaise with project team in all aspects relating to the development, monitoring and updating of work programme.
3. Site visit to monitor progress of works.
4. Identify and advise top management on delays and cost overruns risks.
5. Analyse schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
6. Prepare progress reports as directed.
7. Maintain accurate project planning documents and records.
