The Project Manager will plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects in Sarawak, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

Overview Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout. Requirements 1. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in site-based project management. 3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6), AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. 6. Result-oriented, self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7. Willing to travel and work full time on site. Responsibilities 1. Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout. 2. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure high performance and successful project delivery. 3. Track project progress against the master schedule, quality standards and technical specifications, implementing corrective actions when necessary. 4. Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and authorities to ensure seamless project execution. 5. Plan and allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials and machinery, to maximize productivity and minimize waste. 6. Manage project budgets, cash flow and cost control, while overseeing contractual obligations, variations and claims. 7. Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) protocols to achieve zero-incident site operations. 8. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates and any significant developments or risks. 9. Maintain organized, accurate and up-to-date project documentation in compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Location Sarawak
