Project Manager (Sarawak)

Overview construction company in Kuching, Sarawak is seeking a Project Manager to support project management and execution activities including planning, resource allocation, financial control, and stakeholder coordination to ensure construction projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities 1. Plan, lead and manage assigned projects. 2. Track and manage project cost and budget. 3. Plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and control project site operations and manage subordinates. 4. Lead project client management, including attending all project meetings. 5. Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor activity at project sites periodically. 6. Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
