PROJECT MANAGER

Overview BinaPuri is hiring a Project Manager to plan, lead and manage assigned projects. The role involves project cost and budget tracking, site operations, client management and reporting to management. Working location is Sarawak. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) / Project Management or accredited equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years of working experience as Project Manager in a construction company. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. 4. Hard working, willing to do field work and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 5. Can multi-task and cope with tight work schedules. 6. Strong leadership and communication skills. 7. Willing to travel outstation and overseas or prepare to be transferred. Responsibilities 1. Plan, lead and manage assigned projects. 2. Track and manage project cost and budget. 3. Plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and control project site operations and manage subordinates. 4. Lead project client management, including attending all project meetings. 5. Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities at project sites periodically. 6. Provide reporting and updates to management. 7. Ensure all works are in accordance with customer standards and specifications on assigned projects. 8. Review and monitor site work progress periodically and arrange resources as and when required based on the criticality of the project. 9. Liaise and prepare payment claims to client. 10. Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by management. Location Sarawak
