Project Lead / Project Engineer (Telecommunications)

Overview Our company is involved in Telecommunication Infrastructure Construction and Engineering services. We are looking for a suitable candidate to lead and manage telecommunications infrastructure projects in Sarawak. The role covers tower installation, project coordination, BOQ preparation, and MCMC reporting. Requirements 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects. 3. Experience in JENDELA Phase 1 projects is preferred. 4. Knowledge of tower installation and telecom site deployment. 5. Able to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender pricing. 6. Familiar with MCMC reporting. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 8. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 9. Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel. Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage telecommunications infrastructure projects. 2. Coordinate tower installation and site implementation works. 3. Monitor project schedule, quality, safety, and project progress. 4. Prepare and submit project documentation and MCMC reports. 5. Prepare, review, and estimate BOQs, project costing, and tender submissions. 6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. 7. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant government parties. 8. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Location Sarawak
