Project Engineer

Overview We are seeking a Project Engineer to be based in Kuching, Sarawak. The role involves monitoring project progress, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Requirements 1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 1 year of working experience in site coordination. 2. Fresh graduates with at least 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply. 3. Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials. 4. Excellent time management skills. 5. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards. 6. Ability to work with multiple disciplines of projects. 7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 8. Possess own transportation with a valid driving license. Responsibilities 1. Monitor project progress and ensure all documentation complies with relevant standards and regulations. 2. Interact daily with subcontractors to ensure work is according to schedule planning. 3. Report regularly on project progress status. 4. Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. 5. Attend weekly or monthly site progress meetings. 6. Manage, supervise, and coordinate all project activities and guide site personnel in carrying out their tasks. 7. Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the superior.
