Project Engineer (Civil)

Overview Tie Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee project progress, quality compliance, and reporting for construction projects in Sibu and Kuching (Sejingkat Area). Requirements 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 3. Possess a valid driving license and be able to drive independently to project sites when required. 4. Able to travel when necessary. 5. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills. 6. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Able to commence work immediately is an added advantage. Responsibilities 1. Keep track of project progress and ensure projects adhere to the planned schedule. 2. Prepare reports on project progress, manpower, machinery utilization, and material usage. 3. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work complies with project requirements. 4. Ensure contractors are well informed of project requirements for internal projects. 5. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, including all required supporting documents, to clients before the end of each month. 6. Attend meetings and discussions with internal and external parties as required. 7. Coordinate with contractors on project schedules, equipment, and material requirements. 8. Interpret construction drawings and specifications. 9. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time. Location Sibu and Kuching (Sejingkat Area), Sarawak
