Project Coordinator

Overview TCS-MMSB Consult JV, the Detailed Design Consultants for the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) Line 2, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its team in Kuching, Sarawak. This position reports to the Project Manager and involves leading the coordination of design and construction matters for this prestigious public transport system. Requirements 1. A recognised degree in Civil Engineering. 2. Minimum 15 years of experience in building projects. 3. Good understanding of building design, construction processes and statutory requirements, with the ability to provide effective technical coordination throughout the project. 4. Excellent client interaction and communication skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage the coordination processes between the design team, client, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure effective resolution of design and construction matters. 2. Apply strong coordination and leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams, identify interface issues and ensure timely resolution of coordination matters.
