Project Coordinator

Overview Place Borneo Sdn Bhd is an IAPCO accredited PCO and business events management company based in Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in managing and coordinating projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Candidates with experience in project coordination from any industry are encouraged to apply. Experience in event or conference management will be an added advantage but is not compulsory. Experience in event or conference management is an added advantage but not compulsory. Responsibilities 1. Assist in coordinating and monitoring the overall progress of projects and events. 2. Manage project timelines, operational arrangements, logistics, suppliers, contractors, and venue coordination. 3. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. 4. Support on-site event and project operations when required. 5. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, project updates, and other administrative or secretarial matters related to projects. 6. Ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines and operational requirements. 7. Handle operational issues promptly and assist in providing effective solutions. 8. Support the project team in ensuring efficient workflow and communication throughout project implementation. Salary RM2,000 to RM2,500 per month Location Kuching
