Overview
well-established manufacturing company in Sarawak is seeking a Production/Plant Executive to plan and supervise daily production activities, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Production Management or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment and experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
3. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems and manufacturing processes.
5. Strong leadership, written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet production deadlines.
7. Fresh graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
2. Monitor manpower allocation, production efficiency, quality and machine utilization.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality Control, Store and Purchasing Departments to ensure smooth production flow.
5. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
6. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
