Procurement & System Inventory Assistant

Overview Liansin Trading Sdn Bhd is hiring a Procurement & System Inventory Assistant to support supplier sourcing, purchasing and inventory control. The role is based at Bintawa Industrial Estate, Kuching. Responsibilities 1. Source, evaluate and communicate with suppliers. 2. Process purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines. 3. Maintain supplier database and procurement records. 4. Monitor stock levels and update inventory system accuracy. 5. Conduct regular stock reconciliation and report discrepancies. 6. Liaise with warehouse, sales and operations teams for demand forecasting. 7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and procurement reports. 8. Handle delivery orders, invoices and stock transfer documentation. Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory or storekeeping (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory software. 4. Ability to analyze reports. 5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. 6. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage. 7. Monthly Salary. 8. RM2,000 - RM3,000.
