The Plant Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, machinery maintenance, workforce coordination and quality standards at an asphalt premix plant in Sibu or Bintulu.
Requirements
1. At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Candidates without the above qualification but with a few years of hands-on supervisory experience in asphalt premix plant operations are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in operating computerized plant control software.
4. Able to work independently and to work extended hours if needed.
