Plant Cum Quality Control Manager

Overview Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premix plant, ensuring efficiency, product quality and compliance with safety standards. Supervise, motivate and lead plant personnel to achieve production targets and operational objectives. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Material Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in premix plant operations or management. 3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Strong knowledge of premix production processes, plant equipment and QAQC procedures and industry standards. 5. Proficient in preparing production reports and operational documentation. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premix plant, ensuring efficiency, product quality and compliance with safety standards. 2. Supervise, motivate and lead plant personnel to achieve production targets and operational objectives. 3. Implement and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. 4. Monitor and control the quality and quantity of the incoming raw materials and finished products. 5. Coordinate production schedules and optimize resource utilization to meet project requirements. 6. Conduct regular inspections, testing and audits to maintain high-quality production standards. 7. Ensure all plant machinery, equipment and safety systems are properly maintained and operational. 8. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production and work-in-progress (WIP) and output reports. Location Betong, Sarawak
