Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. is an established company engaged in poultry farming, processing, trading and retailing. The Operations Manager (Outlet) will oversee and manage the operations of a CCK Fresh Mart outlet, ensuring smooth performance and profitability while leading the team to maintain outlet standards, control inventory and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail operations or a related field, including 3 years in a managerial position.
3. Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in time management, sales strategy and market trends.
6. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
7. Willing to relocate if required.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage the operations of the CCK Fresh Mart outlet.
2. Ensure smooth performance and profitability.
3. Lead the team to maintain outlet standards, control inventory and achieve sales targets.
