Join Kommune Bakers Sdn. Bhd., the bakery behind Croissantier, a Sarawakian artisan brand known for premium pastries, breads, and cafe experiences. We are hiring an Operations Manager in Kuching. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across the bakery and cafe; lead and manage outlet teams for smooth operations and customer experience; improve workflows, SOPs, and operational efficiency; coordinate with kitchen, service, marketing, and management; monitor staff performance, scheduling, inventory, wastage; ensure consistency in product quality, cleanliness, and service standards; assist in business growth, sales initiatives, and expansion planning; build a positive, disciplined, service-oriented team culture. Requirements: Experience in operations, management, hospitality, retail, or F&B; strong leadership and people management skills; organised, proactive, solutions-oriented; able to work fast-paced, hands-on environment; passionate about quality food and customer experience; experience managing teams/multiple outlets an advantage.
