The Operations Manager is responsible for driving business growth by sourcing new customers and business opportunities for hire purchase financing, mortgage loans, and other financial products. The role also oversees daily operations, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures the achievement of the company's sales and profitability targets.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hire purchase, money lending, banking, consumer finance, or financial services.
3. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
4. Strong networking and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for business development.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
1. Actively source and acquire new individual and corporate customers.
2. Expand the company's market presence through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
4. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Coordinate with credit and documentation teams to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements.
7. Monitor customer service standards and operational efficiency.
8. Ensure all financing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
9. Monitor documentation accuracy and proper record keeping.
