The Operation Cum Safety Supervisor will manage daily logistics operations and promote safety compliance for the company's fleet in Kuching.
Requirements
1. Diploma and above.
2. Competence in Microsoft Office.
3. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Able to work on shift.
5. Valid D license.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct toolbox meetings and material preparation.
2. Handle daily operation-related matters and plan daily log sheets.
3. Prepare monthly delivery performance reports.
4. Maintain monthly trucks operation and utilization records.
5. Monitor OBC live and SD card feeds.
6. Monitor speed and conduct driver counselling.
7. Conduct driver safety meetings.
8. Monitor monthly volume delivered.
9. Liaise with customers and monitor truck performances.
10. Provide maintenance support when trucks break down.
