Operation Coordinator/Manager

Overview This role is responsible for coordinating and managing telecommunication operations in Kuching, Kota Samarahan, and Serian. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in telecommunication infrastructure and team management. Requirements 1. Experience in Telekom and Sacofa work is welcomed. 2. Must have experience in troubleshooting, splicing, and installation of iron poles, concrete poles, and cables. 3. Competency in NTMSP, WAH, AGTES, AESPTM, Pole Proficiency, and CA1C/CA2C is an advantage. 4. Possess Class D and B2 driving licenses. 5. Physically fit and able to work outside. 6. No experience required for General Worker positions, but for this role experience is preferred. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and oversee daily operations. 2. Manage and supervise technicians and general workers. 3. Ensure timely completion of telecommunication projects. 4. Maintain safety and quality standards.
