Operation Assistant

Overview Choon Hua Trading Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Assistant for its Demak Laut branch in Kuching, Sarawak. The role supports warehouse administration, order and delivery follow-up, reporting and stock counting. Requirements 1. At least SPM/STPM qualification. 2. Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in admin warehouse, such as issuance of invoices for delivery and credit notes for trade returns. 3. Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. 4. Possess good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Pleasant personality, fast learner, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Responsibilities 1. Liaise and coordinate closely with the Logistic, Sales and Finance Departments. 2. Take and follow up on customer orders, delivery and related matters with the Logistic Department. 3. Do filing and compile sales and inventory reports. 4. Perform stock count.
