We are seeking an Operation Assistant based in Demak Laut, Kuching. Candidates should have at least SPM/STPM and preferably 1 year of admin warehouse experience with computer proficiency.

Overview
This role involves liaising with departments, following up on orders, and preparing reports to support warehouse operations.
Requirements
1. At least SPM/STPM qualification.
2. Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in admin warehouse such as issuance of Invoices for delivery and Credit Notes for trade returns.
3. Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
4. Possess good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Pleasant personality, fast learner, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
1. Liaise and coordinate closely with Logistic/Sales/Finance Department.
2. Take and follow up on customer orders, delivery, etc. with Logistic Department.
3. Do filling, compile sales and inventory reports.
4. Perform stock count.
