Motorcycle Sales Advisor

Overview The company is a retail motorcycle shop offering a wide range of motorcycles, together with convenient hire purchase financing, insurance, and road tax renewal services. The Motorcycle Sales Advisor will prospect customers, provide professional product consultation, and support the full sales process. Requirements 1. Minimum SPM qualification. 2. At least 2 years of working experience in the motorcycle, automotive, dealership, or sales industry is preferred. 3. Passionate about motorcycles with good product knowledge and a strong interest in the industry. 4. Sales-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. 6. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure. 7. Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation. Responsibilities 1. Prospect, promote, and achieve motorcycle sales targets through proactive customer engagement. 2. Provide professional product consultation and recommend suitable motorcycles and related products based on customers' needs. 3. Follow up on customer enquiries, financing applications, down payment collections, and ensure timely completion of sales documentation. 4. Coordinate and monitor the motorcycle registration process to ensure smooth and timely delivery. 5. Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure all motorcycles are clean, roadworthy, and in excellent condition before handover. 6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales service and support. 7. Participate in sales promotions, roadshows, marketing campaigns, and showroom activities to generate new business opportunities. 8. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and maintain proper customer records. 9. Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Management. Location Satok, Kota Samarahan
