This role manages and promotes travel packages through social media platforms and supports the day-to-day operations of a travel agency.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or a related field.
2. Good communication and customer service skills.
3. Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
4. Basic skills in Canva or CapCut are an advantage.
5. Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
6. Creative, proactive and organised.
7. Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and promote travel packages through social media platforms.
2. Create engaging content for travel packages, promotions and destinations.
3. Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
4. Follow up with customers and potential leads.
5. Assist in preparing posters, itineraries and travel arrangements.
6. Assist with marketing campaigns, events and travel promotions.
7. Support day-to-day operations of the travel agency.
