Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing & Technical Engineer in Kuching to play a pivotal role in the factory's growth and long-term success. The Production & Technical Engineer also acts as a Technical Transfer and Manufacturing Training Engineer, absorbing know-how from Chinese specialists and systematically transferring it to the local workforce so the factory can operate independently in the future.
Requirements
1. Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with preference given to candidates with a background in mass production within the furniture or related industries.
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD production technical drawings.
4. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
5. Candidates with experience in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, production processes, and mass production environments will be given priority consideration.
6. Strong coaching and teaching ability with a patient, hands-on approach.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
