Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all facilities in the building, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Requirements
1. Certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience with Hospital/Hotel/Facility Management background is an added advantage.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Aptitude for customer support.
Responsibilities
1. Monitor and maintain all facilities in the building.
2. Carry out preventive maintenance work and attend service request.
3. Troubleshoot and undertake repair and maintenance work.
