Overview
The Maintenance Technician will be based at Demak Laut Industrial Park, Kuching and will assemble, install, test and maintain electrical and electronic wiring, equipment and fixtures.
Requirements
1. Diploma and above qualification with good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience is required for this position.
3. Knowledgeable in circuit diagrams of electrical devices and systems.
4. Know how to connect and set up control panels and panel boards.
5. Have basic knowledge of standard wirings in buildings, machines and equipment.
6. Able to work in shift/overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
1. Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
2. Perform daily pre-operation checks for electrical equipment.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and breakdowns.
4. Perform periodic maintenance of production electrical equipment, control panels, panel boards and electrical systems inside the company.
5. Carry out any other duties when given by immediate superiors.
