Maintenance Supervisor

Overview Responsible for supervising machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring workplace safety through regular inspections and 5S housekeeping. Requirements 1. Degree in Engineering and related field. 2. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. 3. Male encouraged to apply. 4. Knowledge in machinery control and automation. 5. Knowledge in machinery working mechanism for production operation. 6. Able to work under deadline requirement and good in time management. 7. Able to practise housekeeping and cleanliness under 5S requirement. Responsibilities 1. Electricity breakdown/power outage emergency response. 2. Evaluate subordinate performance and training needs. 3. Follow-up machine inspection finding. 4. Item consumption /distribution monitoring/analysis. 5. Machine minor parts fixing and replacement. 6. Machine/Engineering installation and commissioning. 7. Machinery breakdown repairing and operation troubleshooting. 8. Perform basic building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting works). 9. Perform weekly/monthly production, PM & PdM maintenance checking & inspection. 10. Report preparation for job scope performance (in daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis). 11. Workplace safety inspection, analysis, and improvement. Location Kuching, Sarawak
