Overview
Aiman Properties Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance personnel to manage daily upkeep and preventive maintenance of its building facilities in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
Requirements
1. STPM or Diploma in a technical certificate or related field.
2. At least 2 years' experience in building maintenance would be an added advantage.
3. Highly disciplined, healthy, good communication skills, attention to detail, high enforcement skills and able to work in a team.
4. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Responsibilities
1. Daily upkeep and manage preventive maintenance in and around the building.
2. Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues such as electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning.
3. Manage and oversee the smooth operation workflow of building facilities.
4. Coordinate and ensure job completion with internal teams and external contractors.
