Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining and servicing the building facilities at Aiman Mall, ensuring daily upkeep, resolving technical issues and coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
Requirements
1. STPM/Diploma in technical certificate or related field.
2. At least 2 years' experience in building maintenance would be an added advantage.
3. Highly disciplined, healthy, good communication skills, attention to detail, high enforcement skills and able to work in a team.
4. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Responsibilities
1. Daily upkeep and manage preventive maintenance in and around the building.
2. Troubleshoot and rectify any technical issue such as electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, etc.
3. Manage and oversee the smooth operation workflow of building facilities.
4. Coordinate and ensure job completion with internal teams and external contractors.
