Overview
We are looking for a Litigation Associate to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. The role involves handling litigation matters and reporting to our partner, Ms Leong Hsin Ru.
Requirements
1. Admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak or awaiting admission.
2. Experience in legal practice (litigation) will be an added advantage.
3. Good command of English.
4. Good communication, interpersonal writing, legal research, advocacy and drafting skills.
5. Trustworthy, good working attitude and willing to learn.
6. Computer literate.
7. Must possess own transport.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct legal research, advocacy and drafting.
2. Report to the partner on assigned cases.
3. Manage litigation files and court appearances.
