We are a growing infrastructure and property development contractor seeking proactive and talented candidates to join our team.
1. CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (Based in Kanowit)
Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management; at least 3 years related field experience in civil and structural construction works; well-versed in AutoCad and Microsoft Project.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review and validate civil and structural design drawings, calculations and specifications; review shop drawings and as-built drawings; monitor progress of works and ensure completion on time; oversee and coordinate construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and method statements; liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, Consultant Supervision Team and Subcontractors for technical issues, site issues, inspection and approval; assist in creating construction schedule; ensure proper documentation, testing and inspection records; ensure adherence to QAQC procedures; comply with HSSE policies; prepare all required reporting.
2. CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR (Based in Kanowit)
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification; at least 2 years related field experience in civil and structural construction works.
Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site operation to ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedule; coordinate with subcontractors to arrange works schedule according to work programs; check quality of work, identify and address defects or issues promptly; prepare daily site reports, photo documentation and progress updates; ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly; ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations on site, conducting regular inspections and maintaining safe working environment; handle ad-hoc tasks and assist in resolving on-site challenges.
3. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Based in Kuching)
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field; minimum 3 years of working experience in QS or cost control; proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCad and quantity measurement software; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities: Perform quantity take-off and measurement for various types of projects (building, civil, and renovation works); prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents; administer and manage contractual matters, including evaluation of variations, claims, and contractual correspondence; conduct cost analysis and prepare financial reports to support project budgeting and control; prepare and verify monthly progress claims, work done certifications, and payment recommendations; coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
4. STOREKEEPER (Based in Kanowit)
Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in construction site storekeeping; basic knowledge of construction materials.
Responsibilities: Receive, verify and record all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and machineries; monitor stock levels and report shortages to Project Manager; label, organize and store materials, tools and machineries properly; maintain cleanliness and safety of the store/warehouse area.
5. PROJECT ADMIN (Based in Kuching)
Requirements: Min 2-3 years related experience, preferably in construction field; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas and PDF Management tools.
