Junior Site Engineer

Overview We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer for Kuching and various project sites. The successful candidate will assist in managing site teams, electrical systems, and project execution under the supervision of senior engineers. Requirements 1. Malaysian citizen. 2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3. Fresh graduates are welcome. 4. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Electrical. 5. Basic knowledge of control and electrical system design. 6. Ability to organize and plan work tasks efficiently. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. 8. Proactive, resourceful, and motivated with good communication skills. 9. Ability to balance multiple projects. 10. Willingness to travel to support projects. Responsibilities 1. Manage, lead, and plan for site team and provide assistance in electrical works. 2. Ensure subcontractors and workers implement OSH operational control. 3. Study shop and construction drawings to perform works per project specifications. 4. Ensure works are carried out based on work instructions and project requirements. 5. Provide guidance and work instructions to supervisors or sub-contractors. 6. Carry out inspections and tests at project sites. 7. Coordinate procurement of materials for project use. 8. Attend site meetings and address comments from consultants or clients. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the company or direct superior engineering. 10. Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations including electrical and automation safety standards. 11. Create and finalize designs to meet project requirements. 12. Create accurate Bills of Materials. 13. Define equipment and parts from external suppliers. 14. Conduct cost and time estimation. 15. Project Execution. 16. Oversee project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget. 17. Electrical and software design of customized solutions including manufacturing automation and safety systems. 18. Maintain project scope and identify scope creep. 19. Support manufacturing, build, and validation of systems including actuators, relays, communication networks, touch screens, pushbuttons, and automation integration. 20. Create customer documentation such as user manuals, programming diagrams, network diagrams, and electrical drawings. 21. Architect programs that are simple to test, well-documented, and versatile. 22. Project Completion Servicing. 23. Maintain accurate records and files according to quality standards. 24. Commission customized products and systems onsite and at customer facilities. 25. Servicing. 26. Modify systems upon customer request and document amendments. 27. Provide high-quality pre-sales, design-in, and post-sales technical support. 28. Perform other duties of a similar nature or level. Location Kuching & Site
