Pintaras (East Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support its construction and civil engineering projects in Kuching. The role involves quantity measurement, costing, tendering and contract administration.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or civil engineering industry.
3. Good knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, tendering and contract administration.
4. Familiar with Bill of Quantities (BQ), interim claims, variation orders and final accounts.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of QS software is an advantage.
6. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project or site teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BQ, tender documents and quotations.
2. Measure and verify completed works at site.
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Prepare and verify interim payment claims and progress payments.
